Answers:
I'd go near the Complex. It contains BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids) and L-Glutamine which aides in recovery of your muscles.
The ISO-Isolate is merely pretty much an isolated form of Whey which includes no additional supplements. This is good if you are already taking or hold L-Glutamine and want to add it to the shakes.
The ONLY problem with the complex is that the ingredients are included within the powder. This may mean that 5% of the powder is Glutamine... you really don't have control over a measure measuring out exactly to what it says... one serving spoon could contain 4Grams of Glut. One scoop could contain 1Gram.. you can't control that in a complex.
Hope it help but I'd go with the complex unless you are already supplementing these ingredients.
:)
PERSONALLY: I'd step with Optimum Nutrition's - 100% Whey Gold Standard. It is a complex but has not as much of calories than what you are looking at on here. It contains more protein than what you are looking at and is a better product. You can find it at GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Its about 10 bucks more but has more servings per container so you win your money worth in quality and number.
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They both have artificial flavoring additives and chemicals. Whey get 4.5lbs of whey and partially a pound of garbage fillers?? Get what you pay for! Cheers Source(s): http://www.buybulkwhey.com
