ive done research about this product and some say it make u loose weight and some say it gain weight and muscle i dont know which one to believe because i really dont want to go skinnier i do workouts at home and three times a week surrounded by the gym (well im goin to start to) but im soo really confused does the whey protein powder chocolate flavour make me gain muscle and weight or loose weightiness?!
