im a vegetarian, and started drinking whey protein supplements, and i
asked my mom if she wanted some because she doesnt chomp through much
meat either and she said NO WAY i dont want it to make me lubricant
and i said, it shouldnt make you fat its lately a supplement then she
told me when she had anorexia they would craft her drink protein drinks to gain weight
i obviously dont want to capture fat from this, and if i does make you podginess
ill just devour more fish which gives you protein :)
