Does anyone know of any great protein powders?
I work out every week and I'm trying to build muscle. I'm looking for a great chocolate flavored whey protein powder. Does anyone know of any great brands out there?

If you can get your hands on Advocare that would be great. I used it and gain 25 Lbs. in muscle in 3 months and started both ways on my freshman football squad so try to get that even though its pretty expensive

It should be in a black 4 lb. tub. They hold them at basically all nutrition stores. It is luscious and is great for putting on lean musle. It is very low in rotund compared to other brands and has 24 grams of protein per scoop. It also have amino acids like l-glutamine which help too. It really does piece fantastic.
Don't get muscle milk- great taste but dignified in saturated heavy.
The best time to drink the shakes are within 30 minutes of your workout and right before you stir to bed.
