If I purloin my protein powder an hour after i work out, will it still work?

I've read on various websites that you need to pinch your protein powder immediately after your workout. However, I need to bus home from the gym and it take about 45 minutes to get home. It would be more convenient for me if I could give somebody a lift it when I get home rather than right after I work out.

That is if truth be told the best time to take it. While you are working out or immediately after 1 1/2 hours after. It is also a great behind time night snack.

i used to have one and the same problem when i worked out at school and i lived about 30 mins aways, so i made my protein shake when i get home and it seemed to work fine for me i put on about 10 pounds of mostly muscle contained by 2 months, so i would say your still gonna get the mass you want
yes, but, depending on your metabolism, the effects may not be felt 100%. protein drinks don't do much to help build muscle anyway. likelihood are you have plenty of protein in your diet.
