Where to buy protein powder?

I've been trying to get spinal column into shape.. but my real problem is my diet. I'm asian so in my home the thoughtful of food we eat have abundantly of fat and oil etc.. I've tried adjectives my meals into smaller portions and eating more times a daylight.. but I'm still not losing the extra fat (especially) in my stomach.
And I've hear protein powder can help you build the muscles and stuff. But I don't know where they put on the market those. I've been around asking but all the stores don't enjoy them..
Usually what kind of stores sell them? Walmart, Supermarket, etc?

I am also Asian(Indian) and vegetarian. I use ricotta cheese, cottage cheese and milk to get proteins. I devour lentiles/beans only by themselves NOT with rice. Best luck contained by finding protein powder.

You can buy protein powder surrounded by any health food type store (such as GNC located in malls and diverse places). Look up your local mall stores and see if they have a nutritional/health food type store.
You can buy powder made from soy protein or whey (animal) protein. Doesn't event which one you choose.
Some taste gross. Ask the store clerk if they can recommend which flavor they hear is best of whatever brand you choose. I would stick next to vanilla or chocolate flavors.
