Is whey protein powder righteous for a 15 year antediluvian boy who freight lift each day?
im 15 years old and rly thin im 112pounds and 169cm soaring i was wondering if whey protein powder would make me gain immensity and strength and get buffer.

2. At 15 you should not be lifting day by day. feel free to be in the bulk room... 3 days a week or so, but don't go overboard.

it is OK to train surrounded by the gym everyday.. i encourage it, the only point is that your muscles need 2 - 3 days to recover from your end workout otherwise you wont get any results.. in reality you'll be working backwards.
how it works is your muscles "grow" in that 2 - 3 day seizure so it is important that you give yourself that time to rest
this doesn't parsimonious you workout one day and wait 2 days to workout again.. you can isolate your body into muscle groups.. eg Arms, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Abs ..ect
