an excess of carbs can turn to fat.because carbs produce glycogen,which turns to glucose>>insulin.something approaching that.
also the same for sugar.it turns to fat.

yah you will especially if your protein powder is chocked with calories
not fat but flabby ...with out have excersize it will just store as muscle but what ever is not muscle already will just achieve flabby. plus according to the food pyramid you should only have 2-3 servings of protein and depending how big the cup is you might be have 2 much protein...I hope I helped *marebear
