Whey Protein Powder within Milk?
I used to add my whey powder to half-milk half-water, but I found some websites that say it's not streamlined to add whey to milk, that it slows its digestion time because milk is mostly casein. Is this true? I want the most from my protein shakes, but half-milk half-water tastes a LOT better than freshly water.

When i take my whey protein i mix it next to milk cause of the taste, as long as your not taking the protein deferred at night it should digest fine. Milk is more thick than hose down and will take longer to digest but as i said if your not taking it late at dark your fine. hope this helps
Milk will be slower in digestion and will not be as virtuous on your breathing as water will but it is not bad to use milk. To answer your cross-examine yes but unless you are working out it is not bad to use milk. I use vanilla soy milk and it tastes pretty biddable, it has more flavor.
