Should I be tallying this protein powder to my morning breakfast smoothie?
I work out every morning 5 days a week, it is a 30 minute aerobics workout, and then I make a smoothie for breakfast out of red juice, bananas, and strawberries. I recently added soy protein to abet me last with out intake until lunch. My goal is weight loss but more crucial inches lost. I was just wondering if the protein is a obedient idea or not. It does make me have a feeling fuller and i have no problem waiting until lunch to eat. Thanks.

You're better off getting your protein from food than from synthetic sources. And even if the package say "all natural," believe about it: it's a powder. It's NOT natural. So how in the order of this: skip one of the kinds of fruit, like the bananas (are you drinking more than one, or is the s on the end a typo? Definitely skip one if you're eating multiple bananas), and substitute a protein source close to a hard-boiled egg. You'll get a lovely shot of protein, and not too many calories. In certainty, if you skip a banana and eat an egg instead, you'll get equivalent calories, conceivably less, as a large egg solely has about 80 calories. If you're a lacto-vegetarian and not ovo-lacto, you could substitute a plant based protein source, such as some beans or lentils. Plus, you will find that these particular protein sources are fibrous and greatly filling. You should balance your meal, and have protein, veg, fat, and so on at every feast, not just lunch or dinner.
Well as expected it is a good idea.. protein is NEEDED within order to burn fat made possible by muscle building. Without protein you are powerless to bild muscle, which in turn is what you need. Another article i might recommend.. is adding ground flax seed, it have some fat in it, but its the full-bodied fat and is of EXCELLENT nutritional value. read roughly it unless you know the benefits. Im with the person above me, you are better stale getting the protein from a few egg whites rather than a substitue powder... but im telling you, try simply throwing in the ground flax seed near the smoothie.
