right now i am looking at body fortress 100% premium whey protein that i bought at kroger for more or less $15
not sure you can,but 90 is plenty. make sure you change your exercises regularly as your muscles become acustom to indistinguishable routine. its keepin your body guessing and gets better results for bulk training.
there are various 100%whey powders. optimum nutrition, GNC, tons of others. go to bodybuilding.com or GNC.com and look. what else is in the 90% powder though. it really does not put together a difference if its 90 or 100 though. post what else is in it and i can better answer your question.
There are plenty 100% powder on the market. Take whey protein during the day and after a workout. Take Micellar Casein Protein until that time bed.
Micellar casein, an extremely slow digesting and rich protein source that continues to feed your muscles long after whey proteins have dropped bad.

While whey protein may increase protein synthesis to a very high level, higher than casein, scientists are now recognize that micellar casein is much more important in preventing muscle breakdown. In reality, additional research is demonstrating that the slow and sustained release of amino acids from micellar casein can cause a 'timed release' trickle of amino acids into the bloodstream which can final for as many as 7 full hours after ingestion. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/mic.ht…
Hey Guys..... Why don't you try eating FOOD. I hear in attendance is protein in Meat, eggs and fish along with other nutrients your body requirements......

Why after reading the list of crap that is surrounded by these powders do you think you will gain muscle or energy or better strength??
This makes as much sense as a fat party taking "diet" pills, or drinking slimfast or whatever. It's still junk you should not put contained by your body.
