Do you hold to enjoy a Liquid surrounded by your protein powder ( or shake ) .?
Well i have this protein powder that is Myolean Evolution to be precise raspberry and it tastes nasty it spawn me want to through up every time. And I was wondering if I can eat it beside out a liquid such as water or milk. I want to try it beside just the powder to see if it tastes better. But will it still me provide me protein as if i was drinking it.

you can. water freshly makes it go down easier but for protein powder i use syntha 6 they take home ones like cookies and cream or vanilla shake and it tastes pretty perfect with water but it's even better near milk
you can try mixing a little bit with instant oatmeal and fruit.
