Answers:
resourcefully protein helps you build muscle but it wont bulk you up unless your workout is very intense and your taking contained by your weight in grams of protein a daytime. To answer your question no it isnt if anything it is good for you. Everyone desires protein.

I have been wrokingout for 7 months every other morning and taking in about100 grams of protein a day and i hold lost 30 pounds and my six pack is showing. i feel great but the protein made the difference. I used 100% gold protein
no, you need protien to lend a hand build the muscles you just "ripped" weightlifting, i beleive is 1oz fo protien to 100lbs.
you wont get bullky, trust me women cant procure bulky by accedent, they dont have enough testosterone
well it kinda depends really on what your goal are. i mean... protein powder, the more you take, the more muslce building potential your body have (up to a certain extent). but you say you don't wanna be bulky? i'd advocate you not to take it then. or lately maybe take partially a regular dosage post workout.
Nope, protein powder is truly really good for you. You will only bulk up if you own the weight gainer protein powder since you need obese to build muscle. Take the protein to help repair your muscle tissue after workouts.
Please gain some muscle, nothing is sexier than women next to muscle.
I hope not. I've been drinking muscle milk to supplement my diet and haven't seen any abnormal weight gains (and that stuff is resembling fat central near 32 grams of protein per serving 18 grams of fat.)
You won't gain unnecessary weight but depending on how you are working out your muscles will become more noticable (sculpted). We females don't get big bulky muscles resembling the guys do.
your a female. the only common sense you would get bigger from that powder is if its fat. i also nick protein powder. however, you should take it either right previously a workout (if you arent doing cardio, becuase this will give you pains) or right after because it takes in the region of 30 min for that protein to be absorbed due to it being contained by a simple-to-digest form (solid protein like from meat would take 1.5 hours on average to absorb). however, if i be you, i wouldnt take it becuase your a woman and you cant build muscle as fast so you dont call for THAT much.
the normal person is suposed to enjoy 50 grams of protein a day, to build muscle, men should take 1-2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight and wemen should lug much less. in broad i would sugest about 80-100 grams a day would be satisfactory.
if you are not eating profoundly of protein and if you are doing intensive amounts of exercise then no, there is nought wrong with that as long you only drink once a daytime. Also i believe you should since you run out of so much protein in the day.

Also i suggest that instead of drinking it surrounded by the morning, drink it after you workout, because your muscles are at that moment depleted of their own resources like water, glucose, and other fluids big for your muscles. Also it is much more likely that the protein you drink in the morning will progress wasted on your feces, since i believe you eat other things as okay with your breakfast and there is no Protein depletion.

Therefore since you are not consumption or drinking anything other than water, and your muscles are depleted of their resources as ably, that the protein you drink will be absorbed much more and better than in the morning. They are resembling sponges sucking water when they get nurture on anything, after you workout. Source(s): A guy who worksout a lot!
