21-year ancient woman shopping for protein powder-what to look for?

I am a vegetarian-hate additives-and want as organic as possible. I don't want to bulk-just to add to baking and morning oatmeal what ingredients (other afterwards creatine) should I look out for/avoid? Which should I look for in a quality protein powder (Whey, etc.. whats near the debate on isolates?)
Answers:
Soy protein powder is supreme for women, not only does it taste better than whey protein powder, but it builds lean muscle and because it is made from soybeans is fluently fat free.
Don't verbs about isolates. Whey protein isolate is either for relatives who want to build mass, or are lactose intolerant and have trouble with whey protein. For you it would a short time ago be a waste of money.

You can try whey protein, but the reason why body builders drink whey is because it digests like greased lightning. You may wish have something more sustaining.

You would probably be best stale with soy protein powder. First off it is cheaper than whey protein. Soy protein digests slower, and would stand up better to cooking.

Not adjectives soy protein powder's are build alike. Trader Joe's sells a soy powder, but I find as a mix it stays clumpy. It may do better in baking however. Nutrition stores, approaching GNC, sell soy protein, but you may have trouble finding life.

If you take creatine, it's best to buy it separately and add it to your diet. Remember, creating begin to break down as soon as you add it to liquid, so you can't cook or roast with it.

II hope that answers some of your questions.
One of the best protein drinks I have ever tasted is the chocolate protein drink made by Eusana. I don't conjecture it's a protein supplement- it's a meal replacement with lots of protein. Eusana is one of those multi-level marketing companies, but I still believe their chocolate drink is one of the best-tasting ever.

It have less sugar than most, plus most or all of the protein comes from soy. I don't know if the soy contained by it is whole or isolates. Whole soy is more nutritious because it is soy in its imaginative form. Most products made with soy have soy isolates.
