How to use whey protein powder??

I am 21 male 6 feet and 155 pounds.and I enjoy just started weight training.
Im a lacto-vegetarian so I do not take fish or meat and so my protein intake is very low
Ive bought the whey protein powder today and wanna start it from tomorrow
how and when should I use it?
what should I own it with - milk or water??

Drink a glass both until that time and after you work out. I'd also recommend eating nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, and/or cashews) or beans to help supplement your protein. Keep surrounded by mind that whey protein is intended to supplement your usual protein, not replace it.

It really adjectives depends on how intense your workouts are. Normally, I take 30g of protein 1/2 hour after eating fruits after my workout (to replenish the lost glucose within my bloodstream), but some people take 30g since their workout and 30g after their workout.

Since you're a vegetarian, I would advise taking 30g up to that time and 30g after your workout if you think you're pushing yourself quite tough. I personally believe that if your muscles ache for more than three days, you're not getting plenty protein.

I take my protein supplements with milk because it taste better that way (mine is strawberry flavoured). Ultimately it's up to you but I would suggest milk as it would make it piece like a smoothie.
