Cheap protein powder?
what a good cheap protein powder to use for working out? most of the stuff at the mall I can't afford. I'm looking for something smaller quantity than $15 but will last a month.

I can't answer your question specifically, but most Americans ingest route more protein than they need every day. You probably don't stipulation protein powder. I would recommend spending the money on high quality, intact foods. It will likely do more for you.
Walmart, sells body fortress stuff for almost $15, don't taste very devout or they sell six star mucle whey for $19 taste alot better, I grasp the same results with this as I do near Muscle milk and EAS products which cost a whole lot more. when you buy cheap you get cheap. it'd be better to let go and buy something more expensive. the 6 star contains talc which has been proven to mete out cancerous tumors. the body fortress is about the equivalent of gnc's 100% whey protein (19 bucks) it says 52 g usually but if you read the subsidise thats per 2 servings. also it's a concentrate so it could be priced less because it's less pure. so you're solely be getting 30-80 % whey and the rest is junk. thats a big margin. also most of the cheapos penchant terrible.
