its been 3 monthes i have be to gym, i want to increase my weight as i m with 5.8 foot height and 66kg weight and this is constant since 3 monthes. Should i use protein powder? as i hold heard it can disturb my kidney func. And if yes then hold heard about Met-rx how is it?
