Well its how you look at it. If you are on a diet then supplementing next to protein would not be a bad idea. Most relatives forget that you need to preserve as much muscle mass as possible so you get that obedient lean/tone look if you dont perserve it you just look like everybody else. Also if you do gain lean muscle remember that muscle burns oil so that helps you raise you metabolism/energy expenditure.

Protein helps your muscles recover. I don't reflect it helps you lose weight. I know if you do shipment training along with cardio, you will build lean muscle mass which will increase your metabolism. That will help you burn calories faster along next to the fat.

It's because it help you build muscle but in order for that muscle to embezzle place it will replace the fat in your body beside the muscle

Not really. It's for bulding muscle and thats what it's best at. However, if you are working out alot and taking protien powder near it, then it will build muscle faster and that will help you to lose the obese. But if your just taking the protien powder, then no it will in recent times make you fat.
