It vary on taste, cost and so on. Usually you get what you wages for in proteins if you get walmart brands they can be remarkably sickening but if you go to a GNC and get a nice solid brand it can even be a treat, I enjoy this golden GNC whey protein and it taste like a cookies and cream shake. I would reccomend asking population who are unbiased maybe at your gym or even at GNC because no situation what kind you buy they get rewarded the same so their less predictable to lie. not bad.. but u are best to buy a blender and make smoothies.. add on a variety of fruit. u will not go wrong..
Most of them penchant powdery and not mixed well.
