Answers:
you should do free weightsbecasue domestic device weight dont work aswell and you should be eating equal meals everyday at teh same time.and you should go to the gym and work out for alike amount of time.then drink a proten shake becasue it will heal your ripped muscles.and when you rest your muscles bring back bigger after a few months,
Protein and high-carb drink can oblige. There is no mystery to them and they are not a "magic bullet" but they can provide you with added nutrients to assist in recovery and growth.

The best things to do (according to the up-to-the-minute sports nutrition info) is to:

1> consume a whey protein shake 45 minute BEFORE you train. Post workout Amino acid uptake by the muscles is twice as high if you consume whey protein formerly your workout compared to consuming it after your workout. A serving of 20 grams should be good enough.

2> consuming a drink near high-glycemic carbs (white pasta, white rice, white potatoes...) after your workout is important to replenish the muscle gycogen that you just used. You body can store more carb after a workout than it could since the workout. So, you should be able to perform better during your subsequent workout session.

3> consume a source of lean protein after your workout to help rebuild your muscles.

4> consume a source of lean protein prior to going to bed to preserve your muscles during the hours of darkness. A protein shake with a Casien-based protein is ideal because it clups when it reach your stomache and takes longer to digest so your body will have a longer remaining supply of amino acids during the night.

I am no fan of creatine, but every single bit of research shows that creatine does help out build muscle. The most recent research shows that it actually promotes the use and development of satellite cell - extra cells that just sit around essential your muscle to replace those muscle cells that have be damaged beyond repair. What ever you do, do not waste your money on a soft creatine product - if there are any still on the market.

i think so, your body needs the protein when counterweight training
i wouldn't recommend them mate. if you`ve only be training for 6 months and you said you are noticing a change don't bother.

seriously, i started training almost 3 years ago n when i started out i was an athletic build, very toned next to a nice physique, but i wanted to be bigger! i don't know if that was because the gym i go to was full of massive men lifting huge amounts of weights.

so i started taking something called CREATINE. you can gain it in different forms like powder, shakes etc. i took the tablets, they be these big bullet shaped tablets that i had to take b4 training and purely after 2.

i bulked up so quick people thought i be on steroids! but then i went on holiday and when i come back i took a bit of a break from the gym and all my concrete work was just disappearing up to that time my eyes. all the muscle id built up have gone soft and turned to fat.

i have merely just got my body shape vertebrae to how it used to be. athletic and toned! yes I've got bigger muscles than i used to have but i desire i never had taken the supplements. once you stop taking them your body changes.

the best recommend is to stick at what your doing without the aid of any supplements. banana`s are good as ably as fish, good healthy protein! ...sorry if I've bored you
the drinks minister to bulk up your muscles if you are also doing weights
yeah they should work if you are doing the work and breaking down tissue. Be aware that muscle grows during rest periods not when it is being used so dont forget to rest a muscle group for a morning after use. Make sure you have enough carbos too, requirement lots of food to grow not just protien if you are starving you will not grow.
i do not know
