my question is, (Whey protein Shakes) - i am 18

1) when should i take whey protein - past or after workout ... if then how many time since or after should i take it...

2) How often should i drink ?

Take 30 grams (or a scoop) and mix it beside a cup of milk/water (i prefer milk).

Take it within 30 minutes AFTER your workout

That's the only time you stipulation to take it, I know it says pocket daily on the label but that's expendable, trust me.
