Protein powder is cause me to enjoy acne!?

I've been working out for a few years now and I not long started taking protein powder supplements... I've tried a few of them already and they make me break out with acne and I never get acne before until I started taking these supplements. I did research and I found that it is common for acne to breakout due to some culture who are sensitive to lactose content found in whey protein. I think I might be one of the nation. So my question is, is that is near a supplement that won't make me breakout? Any suggestions? I love to workout but it can be discouraging when you get more and more acne evrytime you drink that stuff. Can anyone relate if so what do you steal?

try using soy protein. if your lactose then soy is from a plant not milk
