2000 calorie protein powder.... Good Idea or not?
So I lift weights every other day and do cardio on my stale days. I went in to seize some whey protein mix and saw this stuff at GNC that had 2000 calories for every three scoops. Do you surmise this stuff is worth buying? I wouldn't take in 2000 calories worth a afternoon I'd probably do 700 or so with my other protein drink just to present me some extra intake. this is the Powder here.

Depends on what your aim is here. It also depends on your age and what body type you have. If you're trying to bulk up, cut back on some of the cardio and guzzle like a horse.

That being said, the 2 supps I've had the most nouns with have be N.O.Xplode by BSN and Methyl 1-D by LGsciences.

I took Methyl 1-D and Formadrol, ate like a horse, and lifted pouring 4-5 days a week. In a month I gained almost 15 lbs. of muscle and saw significant strength increase. After taking 6 weeks off, I get on a 6 week cycle of N.O.Xplode. NOX gave me more energy and focus, and I continued to see size and strength gain. At the time I was 23 and in correct health. You should only appropriate supps like these if you're done growing.
Not. The people at the store actually told me it's better to stick to your excercise routine.
Unless you're going to time of war, you don't sound like you have need of it. Source(s): asked the same thing.
I wouldn't recommend it. 2000 calories of whole food is better than 2000 calories of juice.
